1.1 To which countries do you supply?
We deliver exclusively to customers living in the Netherlands and Belgium.
1.2 Why can I not place an order?
You can only place an order if the country of destination for delivery is in the Netherlands or Belgium.
If you wish to place an order with an other country of destination inside the European Union, please contact us first. It depends on the items you wish to order. Not all items can be shipped abroad.
Unfortunately we don't deliver outside the European Union.
* Orders made without consulting us first with an other country of destination then mentioned above will not be processed. When the order is confirmed and payment is already made, refund will take place within 7 days.
3.1 Are the prices including shipping?
No, the prices are inclusive V.A.T. and without shipping costs.
Shipping costs are free with a minimum order amount of 200 Euros for delivery within the European Union.
4.1 When is shipping free?
By an order with a minimum order amount of 150 euros, you will receive free shipping for delivery in the Netherlands.
For delivery of your order in Belgium with a minimum order amount of 200 euros.
For delivery to other countries we don't offer free shipping.
4.2 How much is the postage?
The shipping costs for delivery within the Netherlands is at least € 8.95 and depends on the total weight.
For delivery outside the Netherlands within the European Union, the rates are between € 16.95 and € 45.00 and depend on the country of destination and the total weight of your order.
Tariffs for shipping costs for the following destination countries within the European Union is minimal (depending on the total weight of your order):
€ 8.95 euro minimum rates: Within the Netherlands via POSTNL with Track and Trace and signature for receipt.
€ 16.95 euro minimum rates: To Belgium via UPS
€ 35.00 euro minimum rates: via TNT / UPS / DPD

5.1 When will I receive my order?
If your order is in stock, you can expect the order between 3 and 10 working days for delivery in the European Union.
We will send your order within 3 workingdays after your payment is accepted. You will receive an e-mail that your order has been shipped.
If the payment has failed or is not accepted, you can contact us for a payment link to complete the order or to cancel the order.
If you don't contact us after the payment failment we will cancel the order within 3 days.
6.1 What materials are the jewelry made?
Our designs include, among others, a combination of components, such as nickel-free polished metal, metal with a layer of silver or gold plated, sterling silver, rhodium, platinum, aluminum, coated nylon metallic thread, CRYSTALLIZED ™ - Swarovski Elements, gemstones, glass pearls, sea pearls, glass beads, metal beads, sea shells, faux leather, plastics and textiles.
6.2 I have a question about a specific piece of jewelry?
You can register for a free account and submit your question using your account or through the contactform on the right side of the page.
6.3 I would like a jewel from the collection to order in a different. How do I do this?
If on the information data of a jewel is stated that the jewelry can be ordered in other colors, you can give us the desired color to pass through your account before or after you have placed an order.
6.4 I would like to order a jewel from the collection in a different size. How do I do this?
You can place an order before you approach us through the contact form on the right side of the page where you can indicate that you want to order a jewel in a different size
You can access your account after you have ordered and notify us that you wish to receive your ordered jewelry in a different size.
6.5 Can you make a jewelry design for me?
Yes, we would love to make a special jewelry design for you.
You can contact us after you register for a free account to communicate about your special jewel.
6.6 Do you charge extra for a jewel in a different color or size?
No, we don't charge extra costs.
It is only possible that the delivery time is slightly different from the standard delivery time.

No, this is not possible.
7.4 Can I pick up my order?
No, it is not possible to pick up your order at Bijou Gio Design.
8.1 What is the warranty of a jewel?
The warranty period is 3 months on the construction of a jewel after buying.
8.2 What is covered by the warranty on a jewelry?
You have a guarantee on workmanship of a jewel.
8.3 What is not covered by the warranty of a jewel?
Discoloration of metal parts by not following the guidelines and use of the store instruction's of a jewel.
8.4 Can I have maintenance on my jewel when needed?
Yes, you can always contact us.
Depending on the service that your jewelry needs, we can offer you a free quotation forward.
By maintaining only the replacement material prices. A service we gladly provide to you. The shipment costs is on the customers behalf.
